According to ~Lovelyruthie
(Blame her if it is wrong!)
"There's a "future Doctor" in the opening two parter [of series 6]. Whether this is akin to Flesh and Stone with the jacket and everything, or whether its more in your face like the Big Bang future Doctor who falls down the stairs (both were on the cast lists as "future Doctor"), I don't know. ...something happens to do with a future Doctor, Amy finds out, River finds out that Amys found out, and tells her not to tell current Doctor!"
And according to ~Stripesandstars
(Again, she is to blame
"MOAR SPOILERS from the first two eps:
Towards the start of the episode we have the traditional "Where are we up to now?" conversation between the Doctor and River Song. This time, in a 1960s American Diner.
Expect timey-wimey antics on the scale of "The Big Bang"
Amy finds something out, and River Song asks for her word that she'll keep it quiet.
Oh and also, Moffat has already debunked the 'River is the Doctor's mom' and 'River is Amy from the future' theories. Just sayin'."

And some who related info from ~Lovelyruthie
The first two episodes of Series 6 will be set in America, and apparently filming is required. Is this because the Doctor and his companions will be stopping by at some famous landmark that needs more than just stock footage? And why are the first two episodes set in the USA? Are they linked for some reason? BBC America's Anglophenia blog answered our questions with a full press release.
In the special two-parter co-produced with BBC AMERICA, key scenes will be filmed in Utah for a story set in the late '60s in which the Doctor, Amy and Rory find themselves on a secret summons that takes them on an adventure from the desert in Utah - right to the Oval Office itself.
Production on episodes one and two of the new season starts in Cardiff this month and Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Arthur Darvill will then travel to America in mid November to shoot pivotal scenes. They will also be joined by Alex Kingston who reprises her role as River Song.
Showrunner and lead writer, Steven Moffat, said:
"The Doctor has visited every weird and wonderful planet you can imagine, so he was bound get round to America eventually! And of course every Doctor Who fan will be jumping up and down and saying he's been in America before. But not for real, not on location - and not with a story like this one! Oh, you wait!"
Piers Wenger, Head of Drama BBC Wales and Executive Producer, added:
"Steven's scripts generally inspire us to go that extra mile - this time we're going that extra four thousand. Thanks to our friends at BBC AMERICA and to the continuing ambition of our lead writer and production team, the first two episodes of Matt Smith's second season as the Doctor are going global and look set to become Doctor Who's most action-packed and ambitious season opener yet."

Some epic spoilers from ~Stripesandstars
which were said by Moffet:
"So what can I tell you about next series? The startling truth about Idris' new soul - even the Doctor doesn't believe her! The frankly appalling revelation concerning the one person in the universe the Doctor trusts the most? Would you like to peek inside a cupboard that will chill your blood, or meet a workforce that will haunt your dreams? Have you ever wondered about Apollo Ten and a half? And have you already guessed that River Song is ..."
"The calamitous and frankly shocking events at the climax of Episode 7 will still be ringing in your ears when Doctor Who returns in the Autumn for a futher six episodes. Oh, yes, feel our cruelty - you will see the Doctor's life change forever, you will gasp in astonishment at the true nature of his relationship with Amy Pond, and you will cry out in horror as Rory Williams stumbles to the brink of a tragic mistake..."
